There was one spot of sunlight left on the grass, coming through the trees, at sunset.  I pointed my camera up and discovered this view before the sun continued to set.

Frozen in Place.

I was almost frozen in place on this photoshoot to Hamlin Beach State Park that January afternoon.

Silly me forgot to bring gloves or a hat along, and it stung to take every shot, but I carried on for over an hour out there!  My fingers were thankful to get back to the car when I couldn't stand any more of the frigid lake-breeze.

Floating down a stream, that at times is less than 4 feet wide, I had to slide the canoe beneath tree limbs before ducking at the last moment to continue adventuring.
